Online Scheduling

HVAC Fees:

  • We try to keep our fees as low as possible. HVAC service areas are: Wright county, Anoka county, Hennepin County, Ramsey county. If you're outside of this area, there may be an additional $50 fee for fuel/drive time.

  • Replacement quotes are free.

  • Trip charges are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled to a different day/appointment. 

  • For repairs or replacements, the cost of materials is not included in the trip fee. Once we diagnose your unit, we will get you a written estimate of repair. There is only one trip charge per repair. (If we have to make multiple trips, you'll only ever be charged a trip charge once for that specific repair)

Dumpster Rental

  • Daily Dumpster Rental $75 per day + cost of disposal based on weight (avg $75-$150)

  • Biohazard - Call for quote

  • Hoarder/apartment clean out - Call for quote

  • Fees subject to change based on landfill pricing. Changes in price will be communicated prior to pickup of items if applicable. 

Pickup times are listed as the earliest we will pick up and are not exact. We aim to pick up within two hours of your scheduled time when possible. If you need help removing from your home, call us first, 651-323-8954.
